I have a tendency to work in reverse .. a bad habit to be honest. I was looking at the quality of a print under magnification and wondering if I was asking too much for the printer. “In 3d resin printing, resolution refers to the level of detail and accuracy a printer can achieve, often measured in microns (or micrometers). It essentially dictates how fine the details in a printed object can be.” – AI Overview
“The Prusa SL1S uses a 5.96-inch monochrome LCD display with a physical resolution of 2560 x 1620 pixels. This resolution, combined with a reworked optical system and more powerful UV LEDs, allows the SL1S to produce highly detailed 3D prints.” – “It has an XY resolution of 47 microns (0.047 mm / 0.002″)” AI Overview
This tells me the “blobby” look of the print shown below in a closeup is a problem. I need to find the correct settings for this Anycubic Pro2 resin as I just used the default resin setting. This looks a lot less crude when viewed from a normal distance by the way .. but really should be much sharper.

Much better. Did a search for settings on the Prusa SL1S printer using the Anycubic ABS-Like Pro2 resin and used those for this print.
That being said I am going to double the size of the engine in width and length. Vertically will remain the same as the engine will be viewed from overhead so it will be foreshortened but that should not be apparent .. hopefully.
